All orders ship via FedEx 2nd Day.
+ Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
+ Changing or Modifying Your Shipment
Once a shipment leaves our store or Kabana’s production headquarters, we cannot change or modify your order.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to make alternate shipping arrangements.
We will do our best to assist you with any changes or modifications.
+ Signature
All packages require a signature for delivery.
+ Insurance
All of our packages are insured with the shipping carrier. For issues with your delivery or damaged packages, please contact us immediately at info@matijewelers.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- Your billing address
- Brief description of damage or concern

We charge tax on all purchases made in the state of New Mexico.

We offer complimentary Fedex 2Day shipping on all orders.
+ Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Return & Exchange Policy
+ Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We offer complimentary returns for all online purchases. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase or 30 days from the date you received your item to return or exchange.
For all in-store purchases, we offer complimentary returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns subject to store credit only; no cash refunds.
All items must be unworn and in their original condition for online and in-store returns and exchanges, with original packaging (including warranty and authenticity cards), tags and receipt.
Please note: we do not accept returns for special orders, modified items, custom or sale items.
All sale items are final sale.

+ Returning Watches & Timepieces
Watches and timepieces must be unworn and unwound with the protective covering intact. The return must include all original packaging, tags and receipt.
+ Gift Returns
Please email us at info@matijewelers.com to arrange a gift return.
+ Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or can be issued as a store credit for in-store purchases. Please note: online purchases can only be refunded to the original form of payment.
For all New Mexico orders, taxes will be refunded.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process depending upon your bank.
